Last night I saw Get Well Soon at Winterthurer Musikfestwochen (review coming up) and I was reminded of just how remarkably creative Konstantin Gropper is, both lyrically and musically. Really impressive and affecting. They played ‘Roland, I Feel You’, a track from their brand new album La Bestia Scarlatta Con Sette Teste (The Scarlet Beast O’Seven Heads),which I can’t wait to get my greedy little hands on (Gropper has described it as being ‘somewhere between an Italian holiday and the apocalypse’). Looking it up today, I found that it is accompanied by a rather Kill Bill/Clash of the Titans-esque video. Brilliant!
PS. The song itself isn’t bad, either :)
