Brooklyn duo The Hundred in the Hands (Jason Friedman and Eleanore Everdell) made waves in 2010 with their eponymous debut album of catchy electro dance-pop made interesting with touches of dream pop and post-punk.
The real-life pair have since been sequestered away working on their second album, the upcoming Red Night, by all accounts a darker, sultrier, and more intimate portrait than its older sibling. I’m all for darker, sultrier and heavier – sounds promising!
